What can I do to support implantation?
March 2024: Stage III endometriosis surgery (including removal of the fallopian tubes).
Between 2024–2026: 4 stimulation cycles and 4 failed embryo transfers
(3 day-5 embryos, and 2 transferred together on day 2).
2025: Thrombophilia tendency, carbohydrate metabolism disorder.
Thyroid and autoimmune diseases were ruled out.
January 2026: Endometrial biopsy – Immap and Femoflor Duo tests.
In the ImMap test, the B lymphocyte level was 4x above the upper limit
The Femoflor Duo showed perfect results.
March 2026: Hysteroscopy and biopsy, endometrial scratching.
The hysteroscopy showed a normal uterus, but inside it looked “strawberry-like,” and there was a micropolyploid area on the right side.
CD138 came back negative, so the inflammation is not linked to an infectious cause.
I feel lost. I still have 2 day-5 embryos left. Now I will be given Medrol in a higher dose, but I am afraid of Plaquenil and GnRH therapy. I feel like I have already put too much strain on my body.
