Advice for windowless bedroom

My boyfriend and I are moving into this new apartment - there is one big “bedroom” with windows and one “living room” with no windows.

We’re thinking we might just switch it up and use the windowed room as a living room to have a living space with a lot of light, and use the no windows room as a bedroom, and just make it a cozy / calming dark space. Any thoughts or advice on how to make it seem intentional and cozy with no windows, perhaps painting it dark green and focusing on texture, etc.?
