I was emailed today, that I have been removed from the Ogden project, because of inactivity. I sent a ticket that I was having issues with the SRT site and that I had been sick due to RA...and they won't add me back in, even though I sent in another ticket explaining this for the third time. Is there anyway to fight being removed from a project for these reasons? I'm in usa.
I have been unable to work Ogden this weekend, I log into Twingates and the SRT as always.
This is the first time for this error...it says Sorry unable to fetch ENTSRTJobHalo, and says that it may be due to permission.
I tried to contact Crowdgen with a ticket, they seem to have no idea. I even sent them a screen shot, now they want a video and still can't answer my questions. Does this mean I am no longer on the job? I am in US, how do you find someone who knows what is happening? Thank you.
Is anyone getting an error message on Project Ogden under the Halo option today? I have tried refreshing and all, and it won't let me work. Have I been deleted from the job? I am in the US.
I am in US and working on Ogden, during the Halo tasks, we have to type some things. Can we use a voice to type program on our projects or is this not allowed? I have RA and sometimes typing alot can get painful. I didn't know the rules for using computer help apps, if its allowed or not. I tried to contact Crowdgen, but seems no one answers my concerns, so thought I would ask here. Thank you.
