I have 2lakh limit in my credit card, can i use 1.3lakh and pay minimum due of bill every month without any interest ?

Applied slice cc today and approved within minute (limit 2 lakh), And i didnt use any cc before
if i spend using QR and no interst or extra charges before due date for my spendings?

If yes, then i pay to my friend Personal account QR with zero charge?
