Fitness tips
I’m a incoming freshman starting afrotc in the fall, and I’ve been training to get above a 90 before NSO in late August. I have progressed in both my sit ups and my run, but my push ups haven’t progressed past about 52. I have a good bench press, I have been consistently working out for like a year, but for some reason my push ups just don’t progress. Any tips to help raise my score?
