How am I not maxed yet?
So my event ticket icon isn’t gray yet today. I did the treasure dig in prairie peaks and also collected all 15 bonus tickets. Is there anything else I need to do, or is this just a bug

Every time I visit this shop and go to the boat spells, it tells me “No more items available”. Is there a limited amount that can be sold every day? I don’t wanna have to wake up at 4 AM in the morning to try and catch one of these bastards on sale. Can someone please explain how this works?
