[artwork by local artist, rakk007!]

🧡 Hey everyone, Vincent and Nova are here to announce the results of our poll this week! 🧡

For This Week's Giveaway:
Our items of the week are... [2] Season of Pearl Season Passes!
Unfortunately, our artist of the week has fallen seriously ill... Therefore, our art giveaway shall be cancelled for the week. We hope you respect their decision, and we wish them a speedy recovery! In order to get the best deal bundle from season passes, Nova's account will be used to complete the gifting for this week's prizes!

🌼 Our Prize For The Week 🌼

• Season of Pearl Season Pass

🧡 Our Prompt For This Week: 🧡

What is your favorite outfit? Share with us~

Vincent will be answering this question this week as an example~
I have a few favorite outfits! Nova and I created our OC outfits together, and our personas wear early game cosmetics which we both love~ (Prophet pants & Bat cape with the elder hairs, niche, I know XD But it is one of the first cosmetics we set our eyes on, and we do love them lots ><)
Personally, another favorite outfit of mine would definitely be the outfit sets from Season of Duets! Sadly, that's one of the Seasons where I was very busy in real life, and was unable to get my hands on a Season Pass... Biggest regret ever... Luckily, the spirits should be returning soon as traveling spirits, so I'd better not miss them this time! XD And a big thank you to rakk for helping me fulfill that dream through art~

Entering Our Giveaway

All giveaways we host have a strict entry limit of 150 participants, chosen on a first come, first served basis. Only comments under the giveaway hosting post, responding to our prompt, will be considered for entry. Attempted entry by commenting under any other posts will not be reviewed.

The lucky draw website we use will be: https://pinkylam.me/playground/random-name-picker/

Showing Respect to Other Participants

During our test week giveaway, our team has noticed a situation where someone has been purposely downvoting other users’ entries in the comment section. We greatly condemn this type of disrespectful behavior towards others.

If you are eventually found out to be the one downvoting others' comments, we may have to prohibit you from participating in any of our future giveaways.

Accepting Your Prize

Future winners of this giveaway, please check your inbox for Nova’s friend request.  If you are the winner, do not reply to any messages and do not accept this friend request by Wednesday, we will have to take this as you forfeit your prize. We will roll for another winner, and the new winner will be announced on Thursday. This is to keep the cycle running smoothly, as giveaways will be held every week at the same time, and we do not wish the list of prize winners to pile up.

In Case of Disputes

In case of any mistakes on our team’s end, please send us a DM! We shall review the situation immediately. If it is proven to be our mistake, we are willing to offer compensation in the form of an IAP voucher to you. See the section below for more details.

🧡 Hey everyone, it's Vincent and Nova, with a big announcement to make! 🧡

We have finalized the backstories of our characters, and here to share it with all of you~
Moreover, we are pleased to announce our collaboration with local artist WHITYY, who will assist Vincent in bringing our characters to life in the form of a digital art book! (Non-profit, of course!)

The art book will include hand drawn illustrations from Vincent & WHITTY, as well as include all artwork of Vincent and Nova we have commissioned from artists in our community~

🌼 Story Synopsis (Spoiler Free!) 🌼
[This is a prequel to how Vincent & Nova are now~]
In their story, newly descended light children earn their place among their people through a sacred coming-of-age trial: a dangerous crossing of the storm-scoured Golden Wasteland. Nova, raised in the Vault of Knowledge, sets out to complete her rite of passage, only to be trapped by a brutal sudden sandstorm and stranded helpless in the wastes. When a deadly Krill moves in to strike, she is saved by Vincent—a headstrong girl from the  Isle of Dawn, who sacrifices her own candle core to give Nova a chance to survive and finish her trial. Left haunted and indebted by the selfless death of a stranger who chose to protect her, Nova refuses to let Vincent’s soul vanish into eternal darkness, defying the natural order of Sky’s cycle of life and death.

Meeting with the Elder of the Isle, Nova bargains to revive Vincent’s fractured spirit, only to discover a devastating cost: Vincent’s darkness-tainted soul has manifested not as a child of light, but as a tiny, docile newborn Krill. Facing potential abandonment to defying the laws of nature themselves, Nova must sacrifice more than she can give to ensure Vincent’s soul can be properly reborn as a child of the light.

This is a journey of kindness and friendship, as well as asking us, how far would you go to save someone you cherish and love?

>We accept any form of suggestions you may have about our backstories! We are only in the drafting phase, after all~ If you would like to have a look at our full story draft summary, please refer to the document below:

Hi everyone!
This is Vincent with an emergency ask for around 30 hearts for Nova!
It's hard for Nova to get on Reddit frequently, since it is banned in her country :'))
So, I'm posting it here for her~

We're hoping that she can unlock the emotes for the next travelling spirit coming, Talented Builder, as well some extra for Halloween ^^
Since the TS won't be here for long, we'd appreciate it if you could send hearts through message boat :))

Thank you very much for your kindness! 🧡
Any amount of help is appreciated :)))
Looking forward to seeing everyone at our poll of the week tomorrow as well~

Sincerely,
Vincent

Hi All!

I'll let the photo speak for itself, but I just want to thank all of you. 🥹 We, as a team, are stronger together and I have endless gratitude for everyone here that makes this community safe, healthy, and kind. We have been through so much and I'm blessed for the progress that we've made! :)

[🎨] In honor of this, I'm opening the doors for artists in the community to feel free to draw a logo and/or a banner for SkyCOTLFreeTrading to celebrate the milestone of 2k members and the community we are together. :) It doesn't have to be elaborate and you all can collaborate on the art piece. :) If anyone is willing to participate and there are more than on individual, we can rotate art. :) This way, we can include the community and make a permanent focal point of who we are! 💙

But, even so, I just wanted to thank you all! You all are the best and I hope it gives you hope for the future when you see spaces like this. You all inspire me each and everyday. :) Continue growing with one another and I hope we can continue this journey together. 💙

Keep being awesome and happy 2k members everyone!

~ Obby

Do you noticed, that I changed the way how I make videos, right? Just now then I first record and then voiceover it

This is a small appreciation post for u/OneLazyChinchilla
who gifted me the chibi mask. I know it’s been a while since then but I’ve been seeing posts about people they gifted items during days of moonlight and just wanted to appreciate how much they do for this community. I added a pic of the mask as proof cuz I didn’t know “proof of gifting” was a thing at the time so I don’t have actual photos of the moment of gifting 😓 I took the liberty to draw their sky kid to show my adoration for them and while this was excessively fun the hair was sooo hard 😩 I will work on learning to draw more obscure hairstyles. Thank you for all you do for the community lazychinnychinchilla, I really just want you to know that you’re greatly appreciated 🥹💜
