I currently have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe I’m looking for something else. I was told Acura rdx or mdx is a good option my budget is $8,000.
I was looking and there are some off marketplace, Craigslist, etc for that price range like 2013,2014
I was also thinking of getting mabey a Hyundai Tucson or something else that I can find within that price range.

Does anyone have recommendations for suvs under 8k to get that are not ugly and reliable? I’m ok with a little bit of a higher mileage on it if it’s a good car/year.

I have been contemplating filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I tried to do it through upsolve after I put in my tax returns for 2025 and 2024 it basically said I wasn’t qualified to use their services and to contact an attorney. I didn’t make more than 25k either years. I live in upstate NY

So I’m trying to figure out if I should still try and fill out a bunch of paperwork or give up. I finance a car I would like to give up in the bankruptcy. I also have around 3k in my checking account from my income tax I have been living of the past month and a half because I was laid off my job. I’m waiting on unemployment to come in so as of this moment I make nothing so I don’t understand why I don’t qualify.
