🚨 HIRING — Lead / Staff Full-Stack Engineer (10+ Years)
We’re hiring for an international product company building meaningful, large-scale consumer platforms used by millions globally.
This is a senior hands-on engineering role for someone who can own systems end-to-end, lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and scale modern cloud-native applications.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading & mentoring engineering teams
• Strong AWS production experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, EventBridge)
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (SST, AWS CDK, Pulumi, Terraform)
• Full-stack ownership experience from frontend → backend → infrastructure → production
• Strong React + SSR experience
• Node.js + TypeScript expertise
• Experience with Laravel or Ruby on Rails
• CI/CD, DevOps & automated testing experience
Bonus:
• AI/ML integration experience
• MLOps / ML deployment knowledge
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
What You’ll Do:
• Build and scale high-traffic production systems
• Own platform reliability, security & performance
• Lead architecture and technical decisions
• Mentor engineers and improve engineering standards
• Work closely with product and distributed teams
• Help integrate AI-powered capabilities into products
