Woke up this morning to handle my phone so as to check the time. Saw a Waiver notification on my drop down.
This period has been so tensed with upward and downward faith trajectory considering the recent continuous denial.
Alas! My case was different; that which I greatly feared did not happen.

Hey guys, I need your advice. I'm currently on a J1 postdoc visa with a pending waiver that's been lingering.
2 years prior to getting the J1 visa, I had an approved EB2-NIW, which was not current as at the time.
Now, I'm current since late last year but my NOS waiver has been lingering. The DOS have received all my requested documents long ago (since last year), yet no decision made on my case.
Do you advise I inform them about my approved EB2 NIW or even send them some documents regarding that. Will it prompt them to approve my case or take action?
Please, I need your input, as this is making me so impatient each passing day.
