Never been with Bilt but wanted to consolidate my everyday spending and decided to open Bilt Palladium - assuming it was a Premium card (Like Amex Plat, CSR, etc).

My application went in to manual review (Not sure if it is the case for every application). When I contact them they say it is 5 working days SLA. I have great credit scores and most premium cards have approved my application instantaneously or manual review that gets resolved in few hours. Hearing 5 days SLA is making me question Cardless's efficiency.

What was your experience as a new Bilt member application? Can I trust Cardless as my primary card?
