subaru blaming additional damaged caused by tvc failure on crosstrek on alleged neglected maintenance ?
has anyone else experienced this with getting their tcv replaced under warranty? all issues that arrived at the same time the car wouldn’t crank and showed tcv and all other codes that popped up at the same time, they’re now trying to to say the oil was extremely black and contaminated with almost nothing in it when it was checked multiple times the day before it got towed to dealer and it was fine not even 8k kms since last change 0 maintenance neglect
