Yesterday at 5:14 pm, I tapped onto Finch West Station with a Student Presto, I have an ID.

As soon as I tapped, I saw a 36 and walked toward it, there was a fare enforcement officer who asked to see my Presto Card while I was trying to get to the bus.

He apologized but still stopped me.

While He checked my Presto Card the bus left.

I offered to show him my student ID but he left me go without checking it.

The officer wasn’t rude but he knowingly delayed my commute. Do I have a legitimate reason to complain?
