Does anyone else get fast heart rate after eating and when pooping?

My stool sample came back negative but I was taking Pepcid then pantoprazole for a few days before the stool sample was taken. I found out that taking these the stool sample can cause a false negative.

Has this happened to anyone and then they later discovered they had H Pylori?
