In my application form it had only taken upto 5th sem in my aggregation marks of college and put my status as appearing whereas i have completed my degree so is it a go to thing for everyone or did i filled the form incorrectly

1. How do you practice TAT, WAT, and SRT effectively? Do you follow any specific resources If yes pls do share
2. For GD and Lecturette, how do you make notes on important topics? I often struggle with collecting relevant facts, figures, examples, and recent developments..?

Looking for a simple and sustainable approach rather than collecting information from too many scattered sources.
