Anyone maybe have any ideas why I am being charged the Express Payout fee of $2.00 from a payout being sent to my bank account anywhere from 1-3 days instead of being expressly sent to debit card?

Is this a recurring problem? It is, at least, the second time this has occurred recently. I do not understand. This is not how I read (per eBay) how Express Payouts work. Reading an FAQ on how it works only for it to not work the way it was supposed to has me baffled.

Is the Express Payout minimum fluctuating? First it was what, $12, now it's apparently $9?, or is it $10? Maybe it's none of those.

It's sending a 9 dollars and some change to my bank account, subtract 2 for the "Express" fee, there's 7 and change en route 1-3 business days. Express Payout specifically says what, 15-30 mins deposit directly to your debit card? Or is that ever-changing also?

I was just charged $2 for an Express Payout, which is being sent to the bank in 1-3 days.

I typed that out twice to see if it looks as ridiculous as it did the first time, it does.

I've read some previous posts in regards to canceled orders, sure. Pretty much summed up as one half of the room votes to cancel and relist while the other side says it's already sold send it.

I have yet to find any info however in regards to the difference in price of funds versus the price of the refund. And the eBay chatbot hasn't been very useful for me. I will likey always choose to side with the buyer in any given situation such as this or other and refund or honor the cancelation request regardless. My curiosity here is, why am I being asked to refund the entire amount in total of, let's say $11.99 while the only funds I have received from that faulty purchase sit under available funds of $9.87, am I just supposed to eat the $2.12 difference? I am sorry, I don't understand. Any info to help me in understanding this would be awesome. Thanks
