Hi everyone! We have 1.5 days in El Calafate (arriving Dec 25th, leaving Dec 27th at 3 PM for Puerto Natales to visit Torres del Paine and do the Lago Grey cruise).

On Day 2, we’re doing the Perito Moreno boardwalks and boat cruise. For Day 1, we are deciding between a day trip to El Chaltén or visiting Estancia Cristina.

We are not big hikers (though open to short, easy walks) and cannot stay overnight in El Chaltén. We know El Chaltén involves a 6-hour round-trip drive.

Is one of these option significantly more stunning or better suited for non-hikers, especially given that we’ll spend two days in Torres del Paine right after? Thanks for your advice!
