My lawyer was able to get my highest bac down to a middle. I also crashed into a fence and my bac was .27, more than x3 the limit. I wonder what the conversations between an attorney and DA are like. Because how exactly did he get mine down?’ On top of that, I can keep my license(no interlock either) and expunge my record if I opt in to a program that’s basically stricter probation.
