Rant Canceling Service
I have been with simplisafe since 2017. Decided I just don't need the monitoring anymore as were in a tiny home with someone home all the time and cancelled it. In the week since I've cancelled, the batteries in my CO went bad and starting beep LOUDLY at 2 AM, my water sensor has failed and this morning, my fire alarm randomly sounded. I just replaced all the battery in January as I do every other year, except for the CO monitor which is less than a year old. The camera randomly activates (you can hear the shudder) and the keypad flashes randomly throughout the day. I'm not sure of this is a coincidence or what but I am pull the system completely out. 😡 We should be able to use the system without paying since we paid for it. I'm furious and will not be recommending them in the future.
