Hello. I’ve gotten into multiple different finance/business programs. I’m waiting on BBA, but if I don’t get in, im thinking between econ with management option at laurier or mef at guelph. I also got into econ and financial management at laurier but don’t know how good that is. I got into some other programs like math but don’t think I wanna go with that. Can anyone give any advice?
how hard is it to transfer into AFM from uni of guelph? what average would make me competitive? i’m still a grade 12 highschool student but I hope to switch into AFM or BBA during my first year.
Anyone want to make a GC for upcoming B.Comm students? I think it would be beneficial to know who’s in your degree and work alongside with them. Connecting with people and asking for help will be great for all of us.
Can anyone tell me what the process of switching into coop is? For some reason I got deferred to the non coop option for my program which doesn’t make sense. I’m probably still going to chose it but what is the process of switching into coop? What grades will they look at?
Please help me out, I’m heavily interested in finance and want to succeed in it. So far Ive gotten into Quant Economics and Finance (co-op) and Management Economics and Finance at guelph. I’ve also gotten into Honours in Mathematics at guelph but I don’t think I’m going to go along with that. I got into BA Management Finance and Economics at laurier and i’m waiting for BBA.
My question was: I obviously want to go into a program with coop, but quant econ and finance is a bachelor’s of arts, is that a bad thing? Should i go into B.Comm with no co op (maybe i can switch into it but it’s risky since it’s competitive) or go into B.Arts with coop?
