

AliExpress faulty earphone

Hello, has anyone ever had to deal with exchanging faulty products on AliExpress?
I'm worried that without using the AE return process they won't know about the situation and that nothing would stop the seller from "not receiving" the package.
Also the store is called Audio Realm Store and I believe they gave me the return address of Penon Audio? Does that make sense to anyone?
