Evil man with handwritten words all over skin
This i gonna be hard since I saw screenshots of the movie by accident a few years ago and don't know anything about the film.
I thought it was a Clive Barker film for sure because the make up FX of the character was just perfect and horrifying. The character seemed evil, with what might've been english words both written (i feel like it was in blue ballpen ink) and possibly carved on every inch if his naked skin. I remember him very pale, almost albino, or perhaps even corpse-like. My memory has this blurry image that he might've looked like a convict. I think the movie flopped since I remember a comment saying it was an awfully boring movie.
