Completely conflicting

Hello and good afternoon.

I'm sure that I have most of my Reddit posts in this place, and this is a continuation of this post. Without further introductions, I would like to tell you guys about my current situation.

My whole family rooted for me to get IPG. In fact, my grandma's younger sister, who's a veteran teacher, gave me RM10, had lend me a textbook to take note for the topic I'm teaching, a blazer, clothes and necktie for the interview. Even printed BBM(Bahan Bantu Mengajar) for me. That's how much they want ME to enter IPG, so our B40 family doesn't have to think about the financial cost of sending me to further studies. One year of preparation, four years of degree. Also, after graduating from IPG, you will guaranteed a job(my family wanted this because we couldn't afford most of the other options, at all).

But because the date for the IPG result will be in June(which my whole family wanted so much I couldn't actually pick my own way without compromising my whole family ties), my UPU offer wouldn't be favoring me. As for Matrics(I got Module 1 btw, but haven't registered yet), the gap between the IPG result and the final day of online registration is only one day.

Additionally, I didn't have the guts to tell them that I actually flopped so hard in Ujian Kecergasan Fizikal for IPG(only sit up got full 5/5, I can't do pushup with those stiff arms, Bleep Test got to only Level 2.7, BMI is definitely within the lower overweight range). Also have Asthma.

Because of this, I'm planning to take Form 6 in case that I didn't get an offer for IPG, with electives like Maths T, ICT and Chem.

Is my take on the situation ok, or do it terribly needs a fix?

I also hope that my seniors and superiors to give me suggestions and informations regarding my options.

Hi, Assalamualaikum.

I am a leaver from SPM 2025(B40, Bumi, East Coast Sabah), with 3A+ (not too significant, but its English, Maths and History), 2A(Malay and Islam), 1A- (Physics), 2B+ (Bio and Chem), and 1B(Add Maths). My older brother(who worked basic salary at JB) paid for the the Bs rechecked, but the result doesn't change.

I dreamt of pursuing technology field, so for UPU, I picked IT Foundation at UMS for my first choice.

But days ago, I got an offer for a one-year Science program at Labuan Matrics.

I'm currently having a dilemma of whether I should pick Matrics(because it seems like a cost-effective solution while still being away from my family) or wait if UPU would give my first choice.

What are the things I need to consider about each options?
