Hallo ich wollte mal mit euch meine Erfahrung mit shiva machen den pserver. Ich war nun 4 Monate auf den server mit sehr viel zeitaufwand und habe auch 100€ investiert weil ich den Server cool fand bis vor 3 Tagen. Ich wollte mich morgens einloggen da stand meine Accounts sind gesperrt keine Ahnung wieso bis ich abends wieder rein kam durch einen Freund der kontakt zum support hat. Als ich mich einloggte waren mein ganzes eq und yang weg dies hab ich dem Support mit geteilt. Ich habe in der Shopsuche nach meinen Items gesucht und gesehen das ein Spieler mein ganzes eq von mir hat. Diesen angeschrieben meinte er ein Türkischer Spieler hat dem meine Sachen verkauft (später hat sich herausgestellt für echtgeld) also wurde ich im Endeffekt wurde ich gehackt bis jetzt weiß ich noch nicht wie da ich mein System und Email adresse geprüft habe (komme berufsmäßig aus der IT) aufjedenfall dies dem Support mit geteilt die direkt abblockten und meinten ich sei selber Schuld mit meinen Daten etc hab denen klar gemacht das ich dafür nix kann und der Support hat einfach alles abgeblockt weil sie meinten meine Items sind aufn markt verstreut und es wurde RMT damit gemacht, entschädigung auch nicht möglich. So jetzt stehe ich hier 4 Monate grind und Liebe weg für etwas das ich nichts dafür kann, Support bodenlos und noch mit behauptungen die ich alle wiederlegen konnte (war sehr transparent) aber hat am ende nichts gebracht. Ich würde euch zu 100000% von diesem Server abraten weil sobald was mit euren Items/Accounts ist hilft euch niemand vom Support.

When I logged in, I discovered that all my gear and Yang were gone; I immediately reported this to support. I used the in-game shop search function to look for my items and found that another player was in possession of all my equipment. I messaged him, and he claimed that a Turkish player had sold him my things (it later turned out this was done for real money). So, essentially, I had been hacked. To this day, I still don't know how, as I thoroughly checked both my computer system and my email account (I work professionally in IT). In any case, I reported all of this to support, but they immediately shut me down, claiming it was entirely my own fault for mishandling my account data. I tried to make it clear to them that I wasn't to blame, but support simply refused to help, arguing that my items had already been scattered across the market and used for Real Money Trading (RMT). They stated that no compensation was possible. So here I am now: four months of grinding and dedication—all gone—because of something I had absolutely no control over. The support team was abysmal; they even made baseless accusations that I was able to refute one by one (I was completely transparent throughout the process), but ultimately, it made no difference. I would advise you—100,000%—to stay away from this server, because the moment something goes wrong with your items or accounts, absolutely no one on the support team will lift a finger to help you.
