This is the official Japanese translation i.e., the actual words Gege Akutami wrote himself. Viz skipped over the word "currently" which is in this. First section is では現在作中最強とされている五と同じ術式さ持った術師が存在する? , relevant characters are 現在, which translates to "current," "now," or "present."
