Super Sov Cit Loses Lawsuit, court rejects her silver surety bond funny money

Mel Fletch (Melanie Fletcher) filed suit in the Texas 2nd Court of Appeals to get her old house back. As part of the lawsuit, she submitted lengthy briefs and motions. Then her case was dismissed because she did not pay court fees. She tried to pay with a silver surety bond but of course the courts refused that form of payment.

Attempt to pay court costs with bogus bond

What are the likely consequences of a litigant trying to pay court costs with a 'silver surety bond'? The litigant is a mentally disturbed 'sovereign citizen' who has a case (foreclosure/eviction) pending in the Texas 2nd Court of Appeals. This litigant was asked by the court to pay costs related to the ongoing litigation and they offered the pay the court with a 'silver surety bond'. The litigant is deluded and the odds of this bond being a legitimate security are zero.

Readable Images of Sov Cit Notice to City Street Repair Crews

I did not realize I had these when I made my previous posts. 'Mel Fletch' (Melanie Fletcher) taped these DIY legal notices to the safety barricades in my neighborhood. She was demanding the city workers stop work because she thought their work was somehow related to a 5G tower. She harassed the city workers to the point they called the police on her. She is so deluded she thinks she lives in the Republic of Texas. If you want to see the images of her 'work" in this area see her Facebook page, Mel Fletch.

Sovereign Citizen Tried to Stop City Workers from Repairing Streets in Fort Worth, TX

This sov cit (Mel Fletch on Facebook , real name Melanie Fletcher) taped her DIY legal notices to the safety barricades every day. Then the workers ripped them off and continued working. Then she taped them up again. She harassed them so badly that they eventually called the police. Now she is claiming that this is why she was targeted and lost her house.

What do sovereign citizens mean by a 'private default judgement'?

What do sovereign citizens mean by a 'private default judgement'? Is this something the SovCit does by themselves or is is done by some fake sovereign citizen court? The SovCit who behind these scribblings is completely convinced they lived in the Republic of Texas. The document above is part of Case 02-26-00201-CV that is before the Texas 2nd Court of Appeals. The home of this SovCit was sold on the Tarrant County Courthouse steps in January and she was evicted by Tarrant County Constables in April.
