Am I wrong treating my ex as a coworker?
So long story short, I was a manager at a restaurant and had a server that I eventually fell for. So we talked for a month or two before we wanted to date so she had to transfer to a new location, all was well but things fell off between us naturally after a year and a half. Usual adult things, dilemmas about wanting kids, where we want to live, all that kind of stuff.
Low and behold she is the next one that gets the promotion to manager after we break up and how my job works is that all the shops share product unless we would run completely out of it yk? So I’m open to sharing my product because I have a larger storage area and I have giving stuff to her for months on end but now I needed to borrow one crate of milk from her and she is refusing and our boss has threatened to fire her over her not helping me out for once. I don’t want that for her but idk how to resolve this issue
