People who find video calls inaccessible at work - what do you do?
Hi all! Long story short, staring almost unmovingly into a screen is inaccessible to me, normal screen time (ex. research, emails) or phone calls are fine. I imagine others here might also find them inaccessible for a variety of reasons. If you work somewhere with lots of video meetings and the culture is "video on", what do you do if you don't want to disclose? Sometimes, I take notes in a physical notepad to not look at the screen (and tell the person I'm doing so), but this doesn't help completely. I'm also fairly junior so lean more careful with my professional reputation.
