Hello student loans were accepted and posted how long until dispersed?

Hello I have a few questions!

1. I’m taking classes at LACC and ELAC for financial aid do I need to apply for both schools? It says I was awarded 2700 for my pell grant (my total due is only $31)
2. I applied for loans in spring and received them I’m aiming to apply for them again due to housing insecurity. Do I have to manually reapply or do I just talk to the financial aid office? For student loans do I need to apply to the two schools separately as well?
