"No one may create a new post more than once a week."

This rule is simple and easy for the mods to apply mechanically. If anyone posts more than once within a week, every post after the first one is simply removed. No analysis of the quality of content would be needed.

In my experience, only rarely does anyone make a quality post more than once a week, so little if anything would be lost.
