Whenever I see a technique, it's usually considerably powerful, and that's ok, but what of a technique that is intentionally made to be weak or very limited. Here's mind, it's called water manipulation, it's directly inspired by water bending from Avatar, the user can manipulate water particles but they cannot generate it only manipulate existing water, what makes a limited technique interesting is how the user gets around the limitation, A smart user could use simple shikigami to carry around an already existing water source or coat ranged weapons in water to control the trajectory like Noritoshi with his bow and blood manipulation. What do you think?
