Hi! I’m planning to have my turkish boyfriend move in with me in July. He'll arrive here in ph in July as well. I currently rent in Avida. I researched and he actually can't get an ACR card until after his first two months here. Are there other ways I can add him as a tenant while waiting for his ACR card? I'll be happy to receive tips 🙂
