Immunotherapy or PARP medicines better than chemotherapy?

My mother has been diagnosed with breast cancer, and it has also spread to her lungs, so it is Stage 4 cancer.
According to the surgeon, surgery is not possible at this stage. She has now started chemotherapy. The current plan is to continue chemotherapy for three months, then do a PET scan, and based on the results, decide the next treatment plan. The doctor also told us that it may not be possible to make her completely cancer-free.
So my question is: should we consider immunotherapy or PARP inhibitor medicines? Do these treatments work better than chemotherapy in Stage 4 breast cancer?
Also, if anyone has any suggestions or experiences, please share them. Thank you.
