Should have taken a photo but noticed some water seepage on the base of my unfinished part of the basement last night through concrete blocks. We got a heavy thunderstorm that dropped 2.5 inches of rain over 75 minutes. Water dried up within a couple of hours.
Only time I do notice this type of seepage is on these types of rainfalls. should I be worried?
So glad my partner and I got tix for LH at the Met. Made sure to snag tickets in the open because audio is really good there. So excited for a night in Philly with her and I and the band that helped us get together 5 1/2 years ago
Generally spoil my nephew with anything he wants....baseball games, gifts, etc....however, they are trying to get a team together to join this charity ride in Philly over Labor Day weekend for the Philly Cycling Classic--he wants to borrow my bike for it--he's 16 and it's a $3200 Giant bike....Also, I have it tuned up perfectly for me and I don't want any tweaks to it. Another concern is giving up my primary bike for at least one week being in the peak cycling part of the season....
--am I being an unreasonable uncle?
