Parts used:

- skulls from skulls set, as well as a big shoulder one, just trimmed a lot and spikes added to gaps

- other shoulder tusks are from head spikes out of dark elf on a black dragon kit

- skulls hanging from chains are from flagellants kit

- cape is from a new marauders kit, also trimmed a bit to fit, axe topping is from marauders as well but mounted

- choppa is from an orc warboss and standard barrer kit

- the axe is from black orcs kit, the champion one, just trimmed one side of it, the axe hand is also from that kit, had to remove the blade from it tho, it was too small for my liking 🥲
