Hello everyone!

I recently moved to Durham for work and so far I have been liking it here!

I have been able to do all of the big recommendations such as seeing the Duke Gardens, the Tobacco Campus, a few bars here and there. But I am wondering if there are any other recommendations from the “locals?”

I enjoy being outside, meeting new people, exercising, playing games with friends, etc.

Any recommendations would be lovely!

I am a recent college graduate moving to Durham to start a new job as a nurse. I am hoping for some recommendations for housing. I have been approved for The Belmont, but I have seen some mixed reviews. I am looking for something that is relatively affordable and in a safe location. Any recommendations and/or advice for someone new to the area would be much appreciated and super helpful ☺️
