Hair advice for someone who has always hated their hair.

First two pics are today - pretty sure its super damaged from fighting Greys.

3rd Pic is an example of when i try to embrace the curl. Sometimes it turns out cute, sometimes it turns out stringing and not cute.

Then I have some older pics of natural and straightened.

Id really just love advice for how to take care of my hair to keep it healthy and actually like how my hair looks. I need something low maintainance and thats easy-ish to style. My motor skills leave a lot to be desired.

I also have a cowlick in the front of my head towards the left side. My hair is fine but ive been told I have an okay amount.

Thoughts for cuts? Products to use? Ways to style?

Is it worth getting tested?

I am a woman in my 33s with some kids and a successful career. I am also fairly certain i have some kind of neurodivergence. Is there any value in being tested?

I am on anti depressants but things are alright. Would you say that there are benefits to having a formal "diagnosis"? If so, is that through a GPS?

I forgot how old I was for a minute there.

I am a 33F, still trying to get my pink back. I am a little crunchy and trying to become more so, Christian, lover of books (mostly romance and thrillers), enjoy trying crafts, fitness, etc.

Not super into fashion and make up but would love to learn more if thats something you're passionate about.

Looking for a female ideally in my same age range who wants to chat about passions, their days, etc. Please say more than hi because im painfully introverted and can't fully carry a convo solo.
