Im having some issues with faceit support
Hello FACEIT Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am contacting you regarding an issue with my account ban date and my previous support tickets.
At first, my account was permanently banned by mistake. After the admins reviewed my account, the permanent ban was reduced to a 31-day ban, which I appreciate. However, there is still a mistake regarding the start date of the ban.
I was originally banned on May 6th, but my profile currently shows the ban starting on May 13th. Because of this, the ban duration shown on my profile is incorrect.
I already created multiple support tickets about this issue. Unfortunately, each time I received a response saying that I selected the wrong category on the FACEIT support page. After that, I created new tickets with different categories as requested, but I kept receiving the same response without any actual review of the issue.
This is why I am creating another ticket and sincerely hope this issue can finally be checked properly.
I also have another issue related to my subscription. My FACEIT Premium subscription was cancelled when I got banned, even though I only used the subscription for 2 days before the wrongful permanent ban happened.
Please consider reviewing my ticket and correcting the ban date if possible. If it is not possible to change it, that is completely okay — I only ask for a clear response and proper clarification instead of my ticket being ignored or automatically rejected.
