Hello, I've recently bought a new phone and the Galaxy Buds, but I am having trouble connecting them

For some reason, I can't find the Buds on my phone (nor any phone, for that matter), though I have no problem connecting the Buds notebooks and computers

Does anybody have a clue on how to fix it?
