TJO Onboarding Due Dates

I recently recieved a TJO for a position that isnt supposed to start for at least another month (and not for up to a month and a half), but yesterday l recieved an email telling me I need to submit certain documentation by 07/04. Well, I do not yet have this documentation ready and probably won't for at least another week, but it says on USAStaffing that if I do not submit it by the deadline it could affect my eligibility for the postion/hiring process. I have reached out to HR, told them of my situation. Should I be worried? In the past I have submitted documentation on USA staffing later than the due date and the documents were still accepted so I am not sure what to think.

Administrative Assistant Role at Ascension?

Okay, legit question here, are the Ascension administrative assistant roles posted on LinkedIn ghost jobs? I've applied to at least 20 of them over the past month and have never been chosen for an interview. These are listed as entry-level positions, so I'm assuming I don't need two years of administrative experience to apply to them or anything like that. Legitimately I'd really like to work as an administrative assistant and I'm not sure how I even can since every admin assistant job I see on LinkedIn says something like "x years of experience preferred/required" and I don't have anything yet. If all of these administrative roles require experience, where are you supposed to get experience for an administrative assistant role? I genuinely think I'd be really good at it and I would really like a chance to do a job like this :(

Help with Clerk/Tax Examiner Job

I submitted a resume for a general clerk and tax examiner job at the IRS to USAJobs, but I am realizing now that the information I put onto it is not what was requested by USAJobs. is there any way to change the resume I uploaded? It seems to me that it is permanently submitted and I cannot change it, but it is very important to me that I have a chance at getting these jobs so I need to know whether there is a way to change what resume they will see after they start reviewing the applications.

Help with Clerk/Tax Examiner Job

I applied for a general clerk and tax examiner position at the IRS. I have one year of previous experience as a clerk at the IRS and four years of college, but I didn't indicate in my resume full/part time status and didn't put the exact dates college was attended and IRS was worked at (I included the month and year but not the day). I didn't realize until now on the website for USAJobs it says to include this information, is there any chance they'll still consider/look at my application? If not, is there any way I can resubmit my resume? I really need this job lmao.
