I'm emotionally drained. What should I do now?

(I posted it in another sub months ago, but the situation is the same, or worse because I had anotheer halftime job plus two running individual projects, moreover, we're about to move in a your, our new house is about to being built. Thank you for your answers!)

I'm a father of two wonderful kids (4 yo boy and 3 yo girl), who bring much joy in my life. They have so much energy), always needs parents for their home activities, they rarely can play alone and when they play together, they are arguing and fighting 99 out of 100 occasions. Moreover, if one of them is playing alone, the other one always bothers her/him. Occasionally they have their own tantrums for whatever reasons. These things are stressing me out, because I'm an introvert and a silent man and dealing with it sucks all of energy of me. Even though I have a good job what I like and can work from home most of the week, balancing through this is hard. My wife says she sees everything in the light of the fact that our little boy couldn't sleep properly at night for the first three years, and our little girl still wakes up several times and constantly wants her mother, which I understand fully. Previously I had low-key hobbies like reading and movies, but when I (would) have little me time I'm tired even for this. Wife goes working out and sometimes meets with her friends, and feels her life balanced. She encourages me to do something like this but I only want some relax at home, which is not possible for the aforementioned reasons. I was in cinema twice this year, that was all of my own time and I felt "privileged" that she allowed me to do so. It's true that I sometimes have to work overtime and come home later in the evening, but I think that's a reasonable compromise in exchange for being able to work from home most of the time, with flexible working hours, and going where and when I want during the day. The problem is that she feels like she's with the kids more therefore she has right to free time. I happily provide this, and I feel good when she feels good. but how long can it last that I can't recharge?

Anyone in the same shoe? Thank you for reading this and I'm much appreciating your answers.
