Current position: Flipkart, SDE-1, 2.2 years’ experience. Compensation: ₹21 LPA base, ₹2 LPA variable, ₹6 LPA ESOPs.
Offer A — Sprinklr (Gurgaon): ₹33 LPA fixed, ₹4 L sign-on bonus. Standard benefits.
Offer B — eBay (Bengaluru): ₹26.5 LPA fixed, ₹3 L sign-on bonus, ₹2.5 L performance bonus, approximately ₹7–8 L RSUs (first-year vesting). Standard benefits.
