I was fortunate enough to snag one for a really good price on the market. Where is the best place to use it in Kanto or Johto for legendaries? I still haven't encountered one in the wild. Also, can it be used while fishing? Just need some insight so I can hopefully bag a legendary without wasting the lure. Thanks for all the insight in advance!
