When did you realise knee pain wasn’t “normal” anymore?
At what point does knee pain stop being “normal aging” and become something you actually need to fix?
I was reading about how many people delay knee replacement for years because they’re scared of surgery, recovery, or simply the cost. But apparently waiting too long can sometimes make mobility even worse.
For people who’ve either had knee replacement, or decided against it, what finally pushed you toward making a decision?
Would genuinely love to hear real experiences, especially around recovery and quality of life afterward.
