Is this a fair trade? MIA, LAL, NOLA, DET

Is this a fair trade? MIA, LAL, NOLA, DET

This trades scenario is centered around Heat, and are actually multiple trade.

Trade 1: Herro to Detroit for Stewart, Holland and a protected first

Deteoit solves their main need adding a secondary’s ball handler and elite shooter. Miami’s gets to great depth pieces that fit the “culture” perfectly

Trade 2: Wiggins to LA on a sign and trade for Hachimura, Vanderbilt and a protected first

LA have been wanting to get Wiggs for a while already, he is a great 3&D wing with championship experience and great role player to build around Luka. Miami gets more depth at the 4 position.

Trade 3: Jovic, Jaquez and three firsts to NOLA for Murphy

Nola gets 3 firsts and two young players for their rebuild. Miami lands their first offensive option. Not sure if I’m fully convinced on dending Jaquez and the three firsts tho

in this scenario Miami does not get the super star they are desperately looking for, but with their assets I believe this is their best option to build a competitive team, while keeping their lottery pick this year and without fully throwing away their future.

A starting 5 of Mitchell, Powell, Murphy, Adebayo and Ware with a second unit of Smith/Jakucionis, Larsson, Holland, Hachimura and Stewart is a better team than the ones they have had for the pasts few years. Good balance between offense and defense and decent depth.

what are your thoughts? Is there good value? What would you change?
