Why is everyone making posts “mourning” old Kevin langue show? I haven’t watched them in 2 weeks so I’m fofnsued what happened guys

I have come across a LOT of TikToks and the edtwt side and it kills me how uneducated ppl are about weigjtloos and this diet culture thing is stupid. No, when you starve, you aren’t losing fat, that’s water weight, and you’re gonna gain it all back. No, doing the “HIIT -1 KG WORKOUT BY EVAS PILATES” won’t make you lose 1kg per workout.. and it’s even sadder how GROWN people, aka influencers are pushing this agenda.
