Topic. I've been trying to get the legendary campaign achievement (i cheated and got it in realms of chaos, but I wanted to do it again on immortal empires) and it got me wondering genuinely who are the hardest campaigns remaining in the game?

If I wanted a challenge who would I play?

I'm going to throw a couple of ideas out there:

• Wulfhart obviously. Half a roster plus a nightmarish starting position in lustriabowl. Runs straight into Slaanesh and Khorne with his paper thin army.
• Alberic de Bordeleaux. Similar deal as Wulfhart but with worse infantry.
• Ostankya in Realms of Chaos. Huge territory, no money to defend it, brutal starting position and limited roster for a lot of the game.

There's a few others I want to throw in there who have a tough start or e.g. run straight into the Masque, but I don't feel they really qualify as the hardest campaigns. What's your take?

I bought exactly 0 of the WH3 DLC on day one but this looks really cool and I'm hyped for it. Already got it lined up for a day one purchase when it comes out. I'm keen to see what they do with the whole mercenary company thing

Took me ages to get Drakenhof and Kislev to level 5 and some AI action(?) keeps destroying them back down to level 3

I don't want to go as far as saying "this shit shouldn't happen" because that would be lame but also holy fuck who is doing this so I can go and drop an asteroid on them

I don't love waking up in the morning having missed everything b/c the livestream is at 3am and having to go digging to find a summary.

Is there some place I can get a transcript or something?

I end up reading 1000 variants of "wow it's so cool that they added [unit 1] but wHaT aBoUt Big Willy's Rough Riders (unit/s 234567)" and you can't tell what's actually being added vs someone huffing enormous amounts of copium

Was playing it last night, worked fine. Fired it up this morning and now it permanently hangs at the loading screen (image below). Eventually it just crashes to desktop.

I've tried verifying files, it says it's all good. Playing via Steam.

Edit: no mods, playing on desktop, my system is above recommended specs. (5600X, 6750xt, SSD).
