Where can I do level 3 safeguarding in children?!!!

My trust's e-learning website has a course named Child protection level 3.
I checked elfh website, which has a course named Safeguarding level 3 course. The contents are identical in both. Are the terms Child protection and safeguarding being use interchangeably?!!

I am confused if I should just go ahead and do the Trust's child protection course but am worried that it wont count as Safeguarding and i will have to redo it. Its almost 7-8 hours long!!

If I do it on elfh, the trust might still ask me to redo it?!! IDK I AM SO CONFUSED!!!
