Considering B2B sales account executive job

Hi att folks

I'm a very long time T-Mobile employee currently working as an SMB AE in the medium segment (50-300 employee).

With a new CEO and new business channel leader there have been a lot of changes. None of them for the better for either employees or customers. Moral is in the toilet and it's just toxic. They also raised goals and have been constantly removing tools. Basically I want out after a decade plus.

I had a great interview with an att b2b manager and was offered a job as a b2b sales account executive mobility. I really liked the manager and I like that the goals are literally 40% of my current T-Mobile monthly goals. It seems too good to be true. Why is the goal so much lower than at T-Mobile and Verizon? I also am in the interview process with them and was told their device goal is 140 per month.

Why is att business rep goals so much lower? Is anyone doing well? Are goals and expectations attainable? Any advice before I take this job over staying at T-Mobile or if I get a Verizon offer would be very welcome.

Thank you and sorry for the long post
