First time switched from conventional to sumo deadlift. 100 kg / 220 lb. Hoping to improve day by day .

Previously I was having + 2 years normal conventional deadlift in the pull day ; targeting the lower back ...but some of my gymmates told me to try sumo deadlift once .

Felt a bit easier than conventional and also more on gluts.

Please check my Lat pull down form and tips for improvement.

Male , 34+ years old, 5'7" , bodyweight -68kg.

Lat pulldown progression generally staying between 50x10/15 to 70x10( hard). Please check my form. Tips will be helpful.

( I can do pull up and chin up)

The problem, ¹ I don't feel much soreness in lats , and not much feel in row and LPD , while performing.. that's creating a paradox whether my lats are growing or not.

Even after body weight pull up. After 8 to 10 I may feel fatigued and exhausted but not any doms post day.

Current deadlift max 120-125 kg. Lat pull max x6 -75 kg .

² my rear delts are not growing. Trying to have rd fly but not much visible growth . Also same for overall deltoid muscle. Please help

Please check my RDL form.

Info: Male, 34 years old, 5'7", bodyweight 68 kg.

Please check my form and guide me on the areas that need improvement.

Generally, I keep RDLs after squats — two compound movements on leg day.

In this exercise, I felt the maximum stretch while lowering the weight slowly, and also during the initial pull upward.

I exhale slowly during the lowering phase.

Thank you.
